We use your job descriptions to find suitable candidates, we then present our shortlist of candidates to you, so you can do a final interview and choose the person that best suit your business, company culture and individual team dynamics. Naturally, you can screen and interview the candidates, exactly as you would when hiring local staff.
Once we have your team set up and ready to go, it’s time to put them to work, the outsourcing model will allow you to have daily interaction directly with your staff member, you have complete control over your offshore staff, their work, their processes, their efficiency and their work quality. But you’re not expected to manage it all alone, we don’t just hand your team over, we have a team of highly dependable managers that are there to help and will go out of their way to ensure your operation is a resounding success.
